Plus, the quiet environment helped me sleep well—no noise from the highway. Overall, it was a nice place to unwind after a long day of traveling.

The rooms were spacious, perfect for our large family, and our grandson loved the outdoor pool. We appreciated the friendly staff and the wonderful local fishing guide who showed us the ropes. It was a great spot to relax and have fun together.

The towels were super soft,, not like those crunchy ones you often get at hotels. Plus, the grassy area outside for my dog was a real bonus,, complete with a picnic table and a dog poop station.

Not having an elevator made dragging luggage up to the second floor a hassle, especially with no first-floor rooms offered despite the availability in the lot. The lack of local TV channels felt a bit disappointing, too. The breakfast offerings seemed limited during peak times, and I had to wait and fend off hungry kids to snag a bite, so it didn't turn out to be the experience I had hoped for. A minor annoyance was the somewhat spotty wifi connection, which didn't exactly help when I wanted to check some routes on the holomap.
